About

A new company built on an old-fashioned idea: do what you said.

BuyBelow Liquidations LLC is an Illinois limited liability company building a procurement and business solutions practice for government and commercial buyers.

Who we are

Small by design, deliberate by habit.

BuyBelow exists because sourcing is harder than it looks. A requirement arrives with a specification, a deadline, and consequences for getting it wrong. Most of the work is not glamorous: reading clauses, confirming part numbers, chasing lead times, and documenting what was actually agreed.

We built this company around that work. Our model is to source and coordinate rather than promise a catalog we do not control, and to bring in qualified partners for work that requires licenses, insurance or capacity we do not hold.

We are early in our federal journey and we are transparent about it. The UEI is issued, the SAM.gov registration is in process, and the federal past performance record does not exist yet. What we can offer today is a disciplined process and an honest answer.

Mission

Make procurement easier to trust.

For the buyer, that means quotes that hold up, deliveries that arrive, and a contact who answers. For suppliers and subcontractors, it means being evaluated on capability rather than on how well they work a room.

Clarity

Plain language in quotes and correspondence. Assumptions written down. Exclusions stated before award, not after.

Verification

We confirm before we commit — stock, lead time, licensing, insurance, and the specification itself.

Accountability

If something goes wrong, we tell the buyer first and propose the fix. Problems do not improve by being delayed.

Our procurement approach

How we decide what to pursue.

  1. Read the requirement fully. Scope, clauses, delivery terms, wage determinations and evaluation criteria.
  2. Check eligibility first. Set-aside status and size standard before anything else — including FAR 52.219-14 limitations on subcontracting.
  3. Confirm the source. No quote without a supplier confirmation of availability, condition and lead time.
  4. Price what can be performed. If a portion needs a licensed or insured partner, that partner is identified and verified before the quote goes out.
  5. Decline early when it does not fit. A fast no is more useful than a slow maybe.

What we are not

We are not a government agency, not an agent of any agency, and not an SBA-certified business. We are not a marketplace reselling other companies' services, and we do not publish fabricated past performance, teaming relationships, or credentials.

Name and website brand

The legal entity is BuyBelow Liquidations LLC. BuyBelow Co. is the website brand used by that company; it is not a separate legal entity. The name reflects our origin in value-focused sourcing; our work today is procurement and business solutions for government and commercial buyers.
