How it works
What registering actually means.
This is a qualification step, not a promise of work. We keep records of who can supply what, where, and under which terms — so when a requirement lands, we are not starting from zero.
1. Tell us what you do
Products, categories, trades, territory and capacity. The more specific, the easier it is to match you to a requirement.
2. We verify
Licensing, insurance, references or manufacturer authorization are checked before you are proposed on any opportunity.
3. We contact you when it fits
If a requirement matches, we reach out with the scope and timeline. No obligation on either side until a written agreement exists.

Janitorial, grounds, maintenance, trades and specialty service providers: register your capability, service area, licensing and insurance so we can consider you for coordinated work.
What we verify before proposing you
- Current state or local license for the trade
- General liability and workers' compensation coverage
- Bonding capacity, where the requirement includes a bond
- References for comparable commercial or government work
- Safety practices for occupied or federal sites
Registration does not guarantee work, and no subcontract exists until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

What we look for
- Demonstrated delivery of comparable work
- Named technical lead and escalation path
- Security practices appropriate to the data involved
- Certifications you can document — not aspirational ones
- Clear scope boundaries and realistic timelines
We do not resell services under another company's brand, and we do not represent partner certifications as our own.

Before you register.
Does registration cost anything?
No. We do not charge suppliers or subcontractors to register, and we will never ask for payment to be considered for work.
Will my information be shared?
We do not publish or sell partner information. Relevant business capability information may be shared with a prospective buyer when appropriate and with the partner's knowledge.
How quickly will I hear back?
We review registrations as they arrive. If your services match an active requirement, we aim to contact you within two business days. Registration does not guarantee work or a response.
I am a small business. Does that help?
It can, where a contract has small-business subcontracting goals. Tell us your size status and any certifications you actually hold — we do not assume them.
